Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment up to **24 hours before the start** without any charge.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice in advance will be charged at the full price of the service.

Access & Lockout Fee

In the event that our cleaning crew cannot obtain access to your home upon arrival, we will allow a **15-minute grace period** while we attempt to contact you.

If access cannot be provided after 15 minutes, the appointment is canceled and a $30 lockout fee is charged.

Payment Terms & Options

We provide transparent billing and require payment to be settled upon completion of the cleaning service.

Insurance, Bonding & Licensing

Wilson's Cleaning Company, LLC guarantees that it holds all active licenses, general liability insurance, and bonding protection necessary to perform residential cleaning services in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. All operations comply with local and federal labor regulations.

Service Agreements & Consent

Before completing any service, a brief service agreement defining the exact scope of work must be signed by both the client and our business.

All household details remain strictly confidential. If we take photos of our results for marketing/social purposes, we will ask for your consent beforehand.

Professional Guarantee

We believe in doing every job right. If you are not completely satisfied with any area we've cleaned, contact us within **24 hours**. We will send a team back to re-clean the area to your complete satisfaction at no extra charge.
